Granuloma Annulare

An inflammatory, i.e., granulomatous, process that usually takes the form of papules which in constellation often assume annular, arcuate, and serpiginous shapes. Many variants exist, among them widespread papules, papules in photodistribution, papules marked by tiny crusts (“perforating” granuloma annulare), patches, plaques, and nodules (subcutaneous granuloma annulare).
