A 61-year-old patient with chronic myelomonocytic leukemia presented with a red-to-brown maculopapular rash on the back (Figure 1). Some of the papular lesions seemed to be different from the other lesions (Figures 2, 3) and had a particular dermatoscopic appearance (Figure 4). What is your diagnosis?
