A sweep is conducted through diseases of the skin of infants and children, arranged in alphabetical order, in these first two volumes (which house diseases in the first half of the alphabet) of a series of four. The volumes are unique in the way in which clinical pictures and photomicrographs of extraordinary quality are wed, as well as in the comprehensive, lucid manner in which all aspects of the skin diseases of children under consideration are discussed.
